Failure to do so may result in a forfeited deposit or additional fees. Payments Deposits are required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non refundable and cannot be transferred. All remaining balances must be completed through the website. NO CASH will be accepted at the time of your appointment. Please note that ALL online payments are subject to applicable taxes Deposits and remaining balances are non refundable. Guests For the safety and comfort of all clients, no extra guests are allowed during your appointment. Add-Ons: Please be sure to include all necessary add-ons when booking your appointment (extra length, after-hours, boho, etc.). These details are very important for timing and pricing. If any required add-ons are not selected at the time of booking, they will be automatically added to your total on the day of your appointment. ⸻ Before Your Appointment: Hair Prep To ensure the best results and a smooth experience, please arrive with your hair: • Clean and shampooed • Blow-dried and tangle-free • Free of excess product such as oils or grease • If dyed, thoroughly rinsed to avoid color transfer onto tools, hands, or surfaces •please ensure your hair is at least 5 inches or more for services bigger than size small. ⸻ Please be mindful of your appointment time. A 15-minute grace period is given to everyone, after which style compromises may be necessary.
